Hi there! My name is Velma Gallant, and I'm The Queen of JOY!
That's me! I don't wear my crown all the time. ;-)
Who am I?
First and foremost, I'm a Mom and Wife, and I love my family dearly. They are one of my highest values, and everything I do is for our little family unit.
I'm also a Lazer Clarity Coach. The elevator speach is that I coach executives and enterpreneurs to lazer in on what's vital to create joy-filled balance in life and work.
What does that mean really? I get to gently cup your face and turn your eyes in the direction that serves YOU. No matter what it is you are experiencing, there is a perspective that serves you. Are there goals you want to achieve? Are you bumping up against obstacles? I get to show you how awesome you are, what you've done great, how close you truly are to achieving your goals, how you lovingly care for yourself, even when you don't think you do, and so much more! I can go on and on, but the best thing to do is experience it for yourself. It's one of those "experience" things.
I'm a Master Plurker too! I know...what the heck is that?!?
Plurking is one of my favorite words! It's Play + Work! I never ever work. I Plurk! And I've gotten quite masterful at it too!
One of my favorite things to do while I'm plurking is hosting my radio show. Welcome Changes Radio is such a blast! I get to meet and talk with some of the most incredible people! (Talking is something I'm really good at...ask my Mom!) Go check out the past shows. You can download them and listen to them at your leisure! There's so much incredible content there. Put them on your iPod or burn them to bring in the car. They're perfect to listen to on your walk, or when you're heading to work. (Or do you plurk now too?)
I'm more than these things that I do too. So much more! And so are you!
If you could wave a magic wand and everything that you ever wanted to be, do or have just appeared, what would it be? Dream big now! No "well maybe's" for this magic wand! Don't censor it. Don't "should" it either. You don't have to want what you think everyone else says you should want.
You might want the fancy car and big house. You might want a little shack on a beach. You might want to tool around the country in an RV too! It doesn't matter! Do you want to plurk with children all day long? Do you want to write novels? Do you want to paint? Do you want to open a pet spa?
There are so many creative spaces to be filled! Don't limit yourself?
